Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1.303 km2. 

Mineral Resources as of June 30, 2020, reached 7.6 million ounces of gold and 66 million ounces of silver. Production began at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is exceeds 6 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 300.000 ounces of gold and 2-3 million ounces of silver per year. 

PTAR employs more than 3.000 employees and contractors, over 999 of whom are Indonesian nationals, and more than 708 of whom are recruited from local residents. 

The majority shareholder in PTAR is PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara, which is owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk (6090) and PT Pamapersada Nusantara (4096), with a total share of 9546. PT United Tractors Tbk is a public company whose shares are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk. PT United Tractors, Tbk's share ownership consists of 59.508 by PT Astra International Tbk and 40.5096 by the public. PT. Pamapersada Nusantara is 99.946 owned by PT United Tractors, Tbk. 

To strengthen the existing Processing (Maintenance) team and to ensure the achievement of the department objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role: 

PLANNER - MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL - FIXED PLANT (PRO 2105019) 

This position will be based at Martabe Site in Processing (Maintenance) Department, and reports directly to Coordinate Maintenance Planning. 

The Role of Planner - Maintenance Electrical - Fixed Plant is to ensure that all maintenance activities and maintenance improvement projects in Martabe site Fixed Plant are well planned, scheduled and organized so that the works are able to progress in a safe, environmentally responsible, efficient, cost effective and repeatable manner. The Maintenance Planner have to coordinate with Process Operation and Metallurgy in developing Job schedule and shutdown plan including organizing all the resources, vendor, manpower, material, consumables and eguipment to perform the maintenance task or project during preparation, execution and completion of regular maintenance, projects and shutdown works. 

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following gualifications and experience: 

1. Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with S years experience in maintenance planning role in Fixed Plant operations. 

2. Graduate Electrical or Instrumentation or Physical Engineering with $ years experience in Shutdown Management. 

3. 5 years or more in maintenance planning or maintenance supervisory role in Fixed Plant Operations. 

4. High level understanding of CMMS systems preferably with Pronto experience. 

5. Understanding Enterprise Resources Planning application (Pronto, SAP, Ellipse, etc). 

6. Ability to organise plan and schedule using CMMSPRONTO 

7. Knowledge of fixed plant eguipment, tools and materials used in the mining industry. 

8. Good understanding and experience operating Microsoft Project.

9. Ability to estimate the amounts of labour, materials, and eguipment reguired for jobs. 

10. Ability to prepare reports and maintain records. 

11. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook. 

12. Exposure to Pronto System or other CMMS 13. Advance level Microsoft Project 

14. Having knowledge and experience of SAG mill, Ball mill, Jaw crusher and Cone crusher operation. 

SUPERINTENDENT - MINE ENGINEERING (MIN 2105021) 

This position will be based at Martabe Site in Mining Department, and reports directly to Manager - Mining. The Role of Superintendent -Mine Engineering are: 

- Support Manager — Mining to ensure safety programs to achieve zero harm are implemented. 

- Responsible to lead and coordinate PTAR Mining Engineering team including drill & blast, short-term planning, medium-term planning, and long-term planning as well as Contractor's mine operational team. 

- Responsible to prepare Life of Mine (LOM) plan including pit optimization and pit design, annual budget: physical & costs, guarterty forecast, and 3 months rolling plan. 

- Responsible to provide weekly plan and daily plan. 

- Responsible to review and approve drill & blast designs and monitoring of GA/OC. 

- Attend daily/weekly/monthly meeting with PTAR & Contractor team, lead the meeting in absence of Manager — Mining, and communicate technical and operational concerns reguired. 

- Responsible to prepare Mine Engineering monthly report: actual production vs plan, spatial compliance, gain & loss, etc. 

- Support Manager — Mining to liaise with other departments in PTAR including regulatory reguirements for ESDM. 

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following gualifications and experience: 

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, preferably Master degree in Mining. 

2. 10 years of experience in mining industry, preferably hard rock gold mining. 

3. Holds POM certificate. 4. Min, Class II, Blasting Course. 

5. Experience in mine operations, mine planning and scheduling for multiple open pit cperations. 

6. Capable to operate Mining Software: Whittle, Surpac and Minesched. 

7. Strong mining budgeting experience. 

8. Considerahle experience and exposure in drill & hlast. 

9. Strong communication and leadership skills. 10. Excellent English skills both written and spoken. 

11. Considerable experience and exposure in drill & blast. 

12. Considerable experience mine operations and projects.
