Pada bulan Januari 2005, Perseroan mengubah namanya menjadi PT HWE Indonesia dan pada bulan September 2006 berubah lagi namanya menjadi PT Darma Henwa Tbk Di tahun 2007, Perseroan menjadi perusahaan public dengan nama PT Darma Henwa Tbk dengan mencatatkan 3.150.009.000 (tiga miliar seratus lima puluh juta) saham biasa di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan kode saham DEWA.

Deputy Head Of Project (Code: HOP NAME) 
Job Descriptions
Carry out all project activities in accordance with the company mine plan / target and control all resources (human, eguipment, budget and infrastructure) in the project to meet client production demands which will provide output to the company in the form of profit and growth.

Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in mining engineering
2. Having experience in same position minimum 5 years / 15 years in mining operation
3. Have POM certification, FINON
4 Have excellent experience mining procedure, road rnaintenance, civil design, PIT service management, Operation Management,
5. Project Cost Estimnation, Mine Geology, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
6.Able to work with deadline
7. Have good communication & attention with detail

Head Of HSE Management System & Training (Code: HOS-HSE-MS NAME) 
Job Descriptions :
Coordinating, directing the preparation, analysis / revlew and socialization of the HSE system, the implementation of all HSE training activities and the commissioning process S0 that they are in accordance with applicable policles, standards, procedures and regulations as well as al HSE control document activities in support of ensuring the safety and health of workers in the project in a predetermined budget limit.

Quallfications
1 Bachelor degree/Diploma in Environmental Engineering Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering or other related majors.
2. Have min work experlence 6 years in the same position (Bachelor degree)
3.Have min work experience 7 years In the same position (Diploma)
4 Having excellence experience Mining Business Process, K3LH Management, HSE Procedure, HR Procedure and Regulation,
5. Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring & Counselling, Hazard Identification, Risk. Assessment and Determining Controls (HIRADC),
6 Inspection & Observation, Incidents Investigation and Reporting, Traffic Management, SMKK, Occupational Health
7. Management, Emergency Management, GMS, GHSE Audit
8. Having POP, TOT certification Is preferred
9.Able to work with deadline

HSE Trainer Team Leader (Code:TRAINER HSE TL NAME)
Job Descriptions
Developing safety training activities including class traming, training hours, and overall performance training in order to prepare workers to know, understand, comply and be trained in HSE proedures so that the risk of accidents and damage can be reduced

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering Public Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering/ D3 Environmental
2.Engineering / Pubtic Health / Forestry / Industrial Engineering
3.Having at least 5 years experience In the same position
4.Male, maximum 40 years
5.Having excellence experience mine operation, management K3LH, HSE procedure, HRD Pracedure
6.Have POP & TOT is amust

Maintenance Trainer (Code: TRAINER-MT..NAME)
Job Descriptions
Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy eguipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy gualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency Standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept

Oualifications
1.Minimal Education. Vocational Hlgh School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.
2.Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
3. Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred,
4 Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy eguipment
5. Have TOT certificate Isa must
6 Have good communicatlon

Mine Operation Trainer (Code:TRAINER MO NAME)
Job Descriptions
Planning, compiling cumricula and implementing training operation programs in projects covering aspects of mine operation and heavy eguipment operation in accordance with the curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures & Analyze training needs, create an operator assessment and evaluation program in order to ensure that operator competencies are met according to the criteria reguired by the Company to support the achievement of production targets in the project.

Qualifications
1 Bachelor degree in mining engineering is preferred
2. Having at least 5 years" experience in the same position
3. Diploma / SMA with experience more than 10 years in mining industry
4. Male, maximum 40 years
5. Having excellence experience mine operation, eguipment management, HSE procedure, HRD Procedure.
6 Have POP certification ts preferred
7. Have TOT certificationis a must
8 Able to work with deadline
9 Have good communication

Mine Analyst (Code: MA NAME)

Job Descriptions
Analyze production data, operator performance and production egupment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs based on data input form data pracessing and effective coordination with project finance to provide daily, weekly and monthly explanations of mining operations to superiors and related users

Qualifications
1 Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering/ Geology 
2 Having experience in same position minimum 3 years
3.Having POP certification
4.Having excellence experience Operation Technigue Method, Pit Service Management, Operation Management, Project Cost
5. Estimation, Mine Planning, Mine Data Analysis, HSE Procedure, HRD Prosedur dan Regulasi, Spesifikasi Alat/Unit. Software
6. Tambang (autocad/surpac/Minex), Tools Dispatch (modular fieet management system) Ms Excel (Advance)
7 Good Wark & Social Attitude

Geologist (Code: GEOLOGIST NAME)

Job Descriptions
Carry out data collection, analysis and monitoring of geological data in the project in order to ensure the fulfillment of mining standard procedures and guality target clients / customers to support the effectiveness of mining operations

Qualifications
1 Bachelors degree in mining geology
2 Having experience in same position minirmum 3 years
3 Having excellence experience in geology mining procedure, road maintenance, HSE procedure, HRD procedure
4 Having POP certification is preferred
5. Able to work with deadline
6 Have good communication & attention with detail
