- Support and Train Contract manager and plant employees on Contract Process, ISO, CHSAS & other guality tools
- Plan for external audits related with ISO & OHSAS
- Coordinate with Contract Manager for compliance of legal reguirement (statutory) (other than Labour related)
- Assist Country Process Support for implementation of Contract Process
- Assist Country Process Support on preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinate with system support for implementation of system tools
- Analyze the CEM results for Contract Management and suggest the Area level action plan.
- Monitoring the action plan process of CEM
- Monitoring the action plan process of Employee satisfaction survey
- Planning & implementation of intra contract audits at plants
- Planning & Implementation of guality initiatives
- Planning & implementation of EMS & Safety initiatives.
- Sharing of knowledge with plants on best practicess. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Have experience in implementing OMS, EMS and OHSAS more than 5 years

Team Leader Maintenance

As Team Leader, Maintenance Management, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Manage the team of maintenance management experts & act as a maintenance management expert within Energy Services
- Ensure maintenance management activities from planning, execution and progress monitoring is done
- Interact with operations management experts to get predictive maintenance actions into maintenance management tool.
- Influence positively to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure competent resources and competence development of personnel within team, coach and mentor maintenance management experts. Ensure high job satisfaction.
- Contribute in creation of the action plans for organisation and implement assigned actions. Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
- Have ownership of maintenance management and maintenance planning for the eguipment in order to maintain and improve the performance of the installation. Ensure that the reguired documentations are created to internal and external stakeholders. Development of maintenance management function and implement Agreement Management action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
- Ensure implementation of the processes and tools according to business as well as Guality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
